Edward Jansen

Jansen spent the summer of 2023 interning at Brookhaven National Laboratory, studying the technology behind artificial intelligence chatbots. 鈥淭his is a huge privilege to be here, especially with the dawn of artificial intelligence,鈥� Jansen said. Read Edward's Story

Camila Restrepo

A bilingual psychology major from Columbia, Restrepo interned at The New Hope Mental Health Counseling Services, one of New York鈥檚 largest multicultural mental health programs. She interviewed clients in both English and Spanish, noting, "I appreciate the learning experience of being authentic and respectful with my clients鈥� struggles." Read Camila's Story

Anthony Lettiere '23, MBA candidate

Thanks to a letter of recommendation from his professor, business management major Lettiere landed a coveted internship at JetBlue鈥檚 headquarters on Long Island鈥攁nd is now pursuing his MBA. Kennie Dion铆sio

A first-generation student with a minor in communications, Dion铆sio interned at North Shore TV, creating public access programming. "The most rewarding part of this internship was being able to give back to my community. Public access TV is a great way to televise ideas for those who cannot afford cable," he said.
